This command opens the shutter. The shutter’s status is displayed in the Dome State panel in the
program main window. During opening the shutter, Opening Now info is displayed.
When you start the program, the shutter’s sensors position state is checked.
If none is found or set, the program can not determine the dome’s position and regards it as an
error, signaling a Shutter Error.
