minimum duration (expressed in milliseconds) of the pulse at the
entrance of the dome’s azimuth encoder

|
ScopeDome USB Card number under which it is declared in Test
Program after the List Devices command. If you have only one card
please type 0 (zero)

Card Counter Max Value
|
the maximum value of the dome’s position counter (+ / -10 000) - if
the counter reaches this value the dome will stop and will not make
any revolution in the direction that increases the the counter’s value

the time (in milliseconds) at which the steering card’s state is tested
and user commands are processed
