The main screen of the program is divided into seven panels, informing about the current dome’s state, equipment’s power supply and the weather stations connected to the observatory.

Panel Dome Position

The main function of the panel is current dome’s azimuth displaying. Moreover, in the upper right corner there are two icons changing the way of window display: On Top and Interface Size. Below the dome’s azimuth speed and wind direction are given - parameters taken from the weather station.

Close to the GoTo caption the azimuth is displayed towards which the dome is moving to. Below the icons to turn on/off the telescope, CCD camera, lightning and ventilation inside the observatory. On All button turns on all devices simultaneously. At the panel’s bottom there is a bar indicating the position of the shutter closing the observatory.

Panel Dome Command
This panel contains several commands to steer the dome’s movement.
CCW – the dome’s counter clockwise rotation
CW- the dome’s clockwise rotation
Scope Sync - allows automatic synchronization of the dome’s movement with the telescope when it is on
Home - starts the procedure to set the dome in Home position
Park - sets the dome in Park position
Sky – assists visual observations through a synchronized movement of the dome with the sky rotation
Stop - stops the dome’s rotation at any time
GoTo - moves the dome to any given azimuth
Derotate - unwinds the shutter’s controlling cable
Pier Flip - adjusts the position of the dome when the telescope’s mount is in Flip mode
Oposite Pos. - sets the dome in the opposite direction to the telescope (DomeAz = ScopeAz +180 °)

Panel Shutter Command
This panel contains control commands for the shutter.
Open - opens the dome
Close - closes the dome
Stop - stops the shutter’s movement

Panel Dome State
It is used for graphic pre
sentation of the dome and the information about cloudiness.

On the left side there is a picture indicating if the dome is open and the direction of the dome’s rotation. On the right side there is an icon informing about the cloudiness taken from the weather station monitoring the sky above the observatory.

Radar Dome has four functions:
- color blue shows the direction in which the shutter is turned
- color green shows the state of the shutter’s engine control cable, the number located in the middle of the figure expresses the number of degrees of the w
inded cable
- color red shows wind direction
- black line indicates the telescope’s position.

Panel Dome Action

The panel is used to inform about the work mode and current status of the engines driving the dome and the shutter.

Mode - most recently issued command or operation mode of the program
Rotation - the direction of the dome’s rotation
Shutter - indicates the status of the shutter (opened, closed, opening, closing)
Next to "Action Dome" caption the current azimuth’s state is displayed, or in the case of
exequting program malfunction (the dome or the  driver) - an error message. Description of the error can be deleted by clicking it.

Panel Telescope Command
Indicates the position of the telescope and contains the basic commands to control it.
Park
- parks the telescope
Home - sets the telescope in Home position
Connect / Disconnect - connects or disconnects ScopeDome Driver and the telescope’s controlling software (ASCOM driver or TheSky6).

Panel Program
This panel contains commands controlling the program’s operation.
Exit - exit the program
Config – opens a configuration window.
