This command moves dome to the Home position. The dome is moved in the CCW direction as
long as the program receives a signal from the Home Position sensor. At this point, the dome is
stopped and the dome’s azimuth counter value is reset to zero. In addition, each transition of the
dome over the Home Position sensor resets the azimuth counter.
The Home sensor’s position is equal to the Home sensor’s azimuth.
